What does this error code mean? BCCode : 1000008e

    Hello

My PC generated this error code after 'recovering' from a serious error.

It does not happen every time. But often. I can not define what exactly is causing it.

Bugcheck 0x8e (0xc0000005,,,) = kernel mode exception; the exception is the 1st parm - 0xc0000005 = memory access violation

Run Driver Verifier --> DRIVER VERIFIER - Windows 7 & Vista

    Regards. . .

I can not explain exactly what happened. After I did all blue screens started to appear. I returned the system and everything works. Results in the attached file.

This crash was probably caused by your AVG (avgidsshim.sys) I would un-install it just to test. If it stops the problem you can either re-install it or something else in its place.

    Update!
    After several hours of work:

Everything was normal, when suddenly the screen changed the color to "Colored stripes". Blue screen appeared, with the error description: memory management.

At least that's what I could catch to read from the blue screen before the computer restarts.

    The following error appears:

    BCCode: 1a
    BCP1: 00041284
    BCP2: 04CDA001
    BCP3: 00007EC5
    BCP4: C0802000
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1
To the description of the error was attached file should help decipher the problem.

Hope I provided enough information - if there is anything else I can tell you, I'd be happy to answer.

    Thank you!

Unfortunately, the Windows Debugging Tools aren't able to access symbols for your operating system files (in particular NTOSKRNL.EXE / NTKRNLMP.EXE / NTKRNLPA.EXE / NTKRPAMP.EXE) from the Microsoft Symbol Server - so that makes debugging them difficult if not impossible.

Please do the following (this will not affect the analysis of the current files - but it may help later files that are acquired):
    - activate/validate the Windows installation at Genuine Microsoft Software
    - run sfc.exe /scannow to replace any problem files
    - open a support incident with Microsoft to see if they can fix the missing symbols issue ( Windows 7 Solution Center )
    - If that doesn't fix it, then wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows
    - don't use "leaked"/torrent builds

So, let's try some old-fashioned detective work.....

First, you only have a 400 watt PSU - this is borderline for your system. Please keep as much disconnected as possible and see if that helps. If it does, then you'll have to consider replacing the PSU.

Since this is a STOP 0x1A error - please try this bootable diagnostic first: Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)

Then, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
Please use the following instructions to locate the most currently available drivers to replace the one's that you uninstall OR remove:
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

Here's the older drivers. Please pay particular attention to any dated 2007 or earlier:
