Ok these crashes are probably caused by some sort of hardware problem.

Here is what I would do:

I would first download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes...... IIf it passes

    run a system file check\

(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow (note the space between sfc "/")

    Let us know the results

    Code:

this is coming up in debugger as KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e) which could be ram or it could be a device driver ?

looking at the drivers involved in the crash I reckon it could be your device driver for your easy wireless usb stick ?

the drivers on your system which are badly out of date are
    adusbser.sys 0x8c9bc000 0x8c9d2d00 0x00016d00 0x453cfda6 23/10/2006 18:36:38
    VSTCNXT3.SYS 0x90509000 0x905be000 0x000b5000 0x48f68ad9 16/10/2008 01:29:13
    VSTAZL3.SYS 0x8c94c000 0x8c989000 0x0003d000 0x48f68b0b 16/10/2008 01:30:03
    VSTDPV3.SYS 0x90407000 0x90509000 0x00102000 0x48f68b84 16/10/2008 01:32:04
adusbser.sys is a USB Modem/Serial Device Driver from AnyDATA Corporation ?
If I am right I doubt there is a newer driver for this device and it's possibly unsupported by windows 7, please let us know the exact name and model number ?

VSTCNXT3.SYS , VSTAZL3.SYS and VSTDPV3.SYS are all SoftK56 Modem Driver from Conexant Systems, Inc. and I am confident this is never going to be used by you ?

to disable this go to device manager and unninstall it then reboot and enter your bios settings and disable the device ?

N.B. This reply and analysis to avoid any confusion is to the person quoted ola

    neilgoco and Ickymay

This is the perfect reason to start your own thread as JMH has suggested. Icky analyzed a user from april correctly. Neilgoco got the response but to the wrong question.

It really does get confusing when you tag on to another persons thread
