    stop 0x0000003b

This computer is having random crashes. The client says it's generally when he runs a program like Scrabble. I am including an html of the minidumps.

    Thank you.

These ones are pretty straightforward: memory corruption.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using ImgBurn. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

I ran memtest86 6 times and it found no errors. Any other ideas?

    Thank you in advance.

How much RAM do you have?

    Specs

It has 3 GB of memory. The laptop is a HP G60. It has an Intel Celeron 2.20GHz, and it's running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

Did you run it 6 times, or for 6 passes?

Be sure to run it for at least 5 passes for that amount of RAM.

    6 Passes

I should actually say that it was on pass 6 when I shut it off. It had been running for 3+ hours. It said no errors and I didn't see anything on there that would indicate an error. However, I'm used to Windows Memory Diagnostic so Memtest is a little new to me.

Do you have any machines you could borrow the RAM from?

Make sure it is the same type as what you use; you can download Speccy if you're not sure.
