    Windows 7 Home Premium [BSOD]

    Hi there.

I was busy connecting my Blackberry Curve 8520 to my laptop via Bluetooth. It was working fine and even patching calls via my laptop through my phone until the unthinkable happened! BSOD!

I am running Windows Home Premium at the moment and these crashed have been happening more frequently and the laptop is brand new!5 days old!

    Please Help!!!

    Hi bulletproofart,
Re your "new" laptop problems. Have you spoken with the retail / supplier? What are the warranty terms & conditions for this product?
    Please keep us informed.

    Hi there Jan.

Thank you so much for the prompt response!
I have contacted the retailer where I bought the PC from will go to them the pc and receipt of purchase. I suspect that Windows 7 Home Premium installed is not the original but according to the sales rep,it is but I have my doubts[strong]

Reason for the doubts - at the bottom right hand corner of the task bar above the time and date/calender, i saw a message which states that this is not the authentic WINDOWS 7 which was quite odd.

But will follow with the plan and keep you in touch with developments!

Thank you for your help and chat soon!
