Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

I guess multiple issues are going on. So lets start with basics run a complete Hardware Diagnostic. Uninstall any third party Anitvirus / Firewall completely and see whether that makes any difference. Check for BIOS Firmware updates. If your Overclocking please stop.

    Hardware Diagnostics

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW
    Drviers to be Updated
