------
I don't really get why this is happening. My Vaio used to crash every now and then when I first installed win7. When I reformatted my computer it started to crash more often. Now it crashes everyday. Sometimes even twice a day.
I talked to Sony and they told me to reset my BIOS. Link is here.
That didn't help.
The crashing still happens at random. Most of the crashes used to happen when I was watching a video. Now it just happens for no reason.

Notebook History:
When i got my laptop it only ran Vista 32bit. At first I upgraded to Vista64bit and that ran fine. I've since upgraded it to Win7 64bit w/ help from here.
Sony never provided drivers beyond Vista 32bit for my system, but since it runs a Core2Duo i thought i'd take the initiative and enhance my productivity.
I also get my laptop video driver from laptopvideo2go since there was no other place to find stable nvidia drivers.
Another thing I do with my notebook is connect an external monitor to it. I don't know if that helps. It's a generic monitor i got from newegg a few years back.
Please help?
If you need anything else, please ask.
