Your problem seems to be caused by Rainmeter. I would uninstall that and see how it goes.

Windows 7, Constant Freezing and sudden black screen
This has been an issue that's eluded me for sometime. I'm not sure what caused it to start, but this is something that bothers me. It would be up to 1-2 hours before my computer will start freezing.
