Keeps deleting my stuff

I was patching my cod4 up on my pc then i restarted it then the game was deleted. This happens all the time to me on other programs and stuff and it gets so anoying each time i restart somthing has to go wrong on window 7. Im thinking about geting vista or xp because w7 too buggy i know its in beta or somthin but still its anoying me. If anyone knows how to fix this so it saves me getting windows vista or xp please tell me. Thanks

Windows 7 x64 Ultimate


Windows 7 has been out of beta for months and it certainly doesn't delete files all on it's own

There are hardware or virus related reasons that that might be happening though.

You should fill out your system specs including the Windows version.
