    another problem with blue screen i have is tht i leave my pc overnite 2 dload some games and then the next mornin ill wake up itll b on blue screen error condition... is tht an actuall threat my pc is defendin itself from coz of sum1 tryina attack me thru the dloads??

    It's probably not a threat. Some hardware or software is acting up, probably hardware.

    If you got an infection, your anti-virus would probably pick it up, and wouldn't shut down the machine.

    hm... is there any way i can find out if im overcloackin a pc part? coz i think the guy tht gameve the parts has sth overcloacked

    Use CPU-Z to determine your clock speed. Then Google your processor, and see what the factory speed is.

    Go here and search for your motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-

    The last BIOS update was from more than a year ago; still worth checking though.

    What version is your current BIOS? BTW, a BIOS update is not to be feared. It needs to be done, and if you follow the directions, nothing bad will happen.
