    Finalizing BSOD (Guess So)

After Teaching me alot of tricks and tips of causing BSOD from here, i reinstall windows 7, after installing updates it seems BSOD came after, that, i now ran Memtest86 V3.5 and no errors found for my RAM, so i gueess it's no hardware problem as on winxp, it was working good, without any BSOD, so after installing WIN7 this BSOD live in my PC , anyway, i unninstalled ASUS Utlities and disabled updates also rename asus drivers.sys to .old as on of sevenforum friend suggest me, now i'm attaching the LAST added 4 dump file and will decide whether i'm going for WIN7 or back to XP,, i have seen aloota ppl had issues with BSOD from WIN7,
anyway here is my last 4 DUMP FILES

since you have this many causes of your crashes one has to start thinking hardware. You have tested the ram, no it is time to test the rest. use to find out what it means and what to try. https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html
