I have a question. These two DMP's show different versions of win 7. See the bolded below. Are they from the same machine, and is so, what changed from the firs to the second?

The only thing that will change the version number is a windows update to the core files. I only ask because the two crashes were caused by divergent things and there isnt enough data to say which is correct.

Were the circumstances the same. (running the same apps, etc)?

I did notice that in one of the DMPS, "WoW" (windows on windows--the32 bit emulator in 64bit) was running. Do you crash when you are running a 32 bit app like IE, etc?

    Let us know
