Frequent BSODs etc. Motherboard at fault? SF diagnostic

I recently got a new graphics card, PSU, and memory. I memtested the memory and it's fine (this is my second set since the first set brought similar crashes...did not memtest first set though). I doubt the graphics card or PSU are issues either, but who knows. I suspect some of the RAM slots on the motherboard may be at fault because when I re-arrange the RAM or place one stick in particular slots, the system will not boot.

Anyways, attached are the diagnostic files from the SF tool. Like I said, the system runs "okay" now but not where I want it to (as far as dependability). If I get more BSODs, I will definitely come back with updated dump files.

I'm not good at figuring out dump files and event logs, so if anybody could interpret the attached information for me, I would really appreciate it.

My system:
A-POWER 750W PSU
Intel Core i5-750 processor
GIGABYTE P55-UD3L motherboard
Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit) OS
G.SKILL 4 GB (2 x 2GB) PC12800 DDR3 RAM
ATI RADEON HD 5830 (1GB) graphics card

These 3 crashes were caused by three different files. When there are that many different problems I have to start thinking hardware, probably memory.

I would start by downloading memetestx86 and run it for at least 5 passes. Let us know the results

The only overclocking I've done is using the GIGABYTE utility, which automatically adjusts everything (I used the lowest setting) and on the RAM (simply enabled XMP profile, does that count as OC?) because the system won't boot or takes forever to boot if I don't.

Keep in mind that I have had absolutely no troubles until I added another stick of RAM. Running with one stick, the system is pretty much BSOD-free. This was also the case with my first set of RAM as well...two different sets, two different brands....both sets bad? I don't think so.

I ran memetestx86 but only did one pass, so I will do it again for the suggested 5 passes. I'll let everyone know the results soon.

Three hours, 5 passes later in memtestx86........and ZERO errors.

Should I try moving the modules into Channel B and doing the test again?

3 hours, fast machine. It cant hurt to try the other, but so far so good. If it passes the other slots try running a system file check (sfc /scannow)

Yeah, I love quad-cores. Wish I would've waited for a hexa-core processor.

I decided to skip testing the other slots for now and went straight to the SFC scan.

It founded some corrupted files that it was unable to fix...attached are the logs.
