BOSD every 4-7 min

Hello,

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64. The system shutdown every 5-10 minutes "BOSD". The system also shutdown when I copy from partition D to partition E of 2 GB. I dont know how to fix. I reinstalled windows twice and nothing.
I added files from "Windows/Minidump/"

Thanks for your time.

PS: Sorry for my bad English.

These crashes were virtually identical and were caused by memory corruption. I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 full passes to check the ram

Let us know if you need help

If you are overclocking stop

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa8c005d3518, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002a9c4a8, address which referenced memory

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

5 images from memtest:

ImageShack Album - 5 images

Test is not complete. I will testing tomorow again, because I am very tired out .

I don`t know what does mean exactly, but 120 000 errors, is not good. Or ?

It means that RAM is wrong? Is memtest86 reliable ?

My laptop is still in warranty. I bought laptop 6 months ago.

What do you propose? I have never been in this situation with my pc.
