ok downloading now the asus suite
also the nvidia drivers
but i dont know what atheros driver to choose

and.. would you uninstall "PowerISO virtual drive, Safenet, PACE amd Tuneiup Utilities"

Yes, uninstall those. I would use Revo Uninstaller to remove them completely.
