What exactly happened?
A driver crashed, taking Windows with it. More info on this particular error here: BSOD Index
As for which driver - that's uncertain. The memory dump file blames win32k.sys - but that's a Windows driver that's likely to be protected by the System File Checker utility (so it's not likely to be the problem). Also, problems with the win32k.sys driver are likely to cause many more problems than just an occasional BSOD - so that's makes it even less likely to be the problem.
Since it's the first BSOD that you've had, the usual course of action is to just wait and see if there's another one. You can also visit Windows Update and ensure that you've got all the updates - but there's nothing else to do at this point.
Should the BSOD's recur, then post back and we'll have you run a test/tests that "may" help to reveal the culprit.
