After almost a week of no BSODs, I've had about 4 in the last 3 days, including 2 in the last 10 minutes.
I updated my graphics drivers,so it can't be that.

Looks like memory causing the issue. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

Ok, this is really bad. My PC is currently 75% through the 3rd pass, and it's currently listing 330 errors.
How can I tell what's going on (as in what caused it), and how do I tell how many sticks and which ones are damaged ?
Keep in mind any time Memtest reports errors, it can be the RAM or motherboard slot. Test 1 stick at a time. If you find a stick with no errors, try it in another slot.
That will tell you whether you need to replace the mobo or RAM.
So, 5 passes for each stick in each slot ?
My Pc is currently in its 3rd pass, and it's taken 2hrs 44 mins. So am I looking at 20hrs+ for testing 4 sticks?
Am I doing something wrong, or is this how long it's supposed to take ?
Thank you for the advice, I'll give it a try tonight.
