You have an old installation of Acronis. Uninstall it.
Get rid of Panda Internet Security. It is on the stack in the most recent dump.
Panda Removal Tool --> http://www.pandasecurity.com/resourc...STALLER_08.exe
Reboot upon completion.
Install MSE --> http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
Start with that, then -
Run --> DRIVER VERIFIER - Windows 7 & Vista

Well the acronis is the Western Digital Version only donloaded off there site the other day do your really think that could be a problem? but yes panda is exactly what i thought, i have paid for the subscrition for a year so i would like to think i could resolve it, but i will have ago at your ideas can any one recomend a internet security package as good as if not better than panda for windows 7
(Not a fan of Norton or McAfee)
Ok im not doubting his advice im just skeptical that MS Internet Secuity is up the task of protecting my PC as i have always used Panda with out any prob up until now so
Are you saying that MS internet secuirty is better that say the likes of kaspersky?
And as for Acronis why could that be causing a problem i dont think that is the issue as this BSOD happened the first time i installed win7 and back then i didnt have Acronis installed
(but panda was hence why i decided to make a image of my os just in case it happened again and it did!)
Please Divulge more

It is never possible to tell the exact cause from a dmp. We can get a very good guess, but nothing is ever certain.
jcgriff is looking at what looks to be a likely cause. He found 2: Panda and Acronis. If you are sure Acronis is not causing the issue, uninstall Panda, and see what happens.
Microsoft Security Essentials is as good as any other program at detecting threats, but it also is not known to cause problems, and it fast and lightweight.
ok just out of curiosity then do you both use MSE with Win7 (jcgriff2 & jonathan)?
and if you do, do you use it with any other program or on its own?
I use MSE along with the built-in Windows firewall. Aside from common sense about what sites I visit and what I download, that's the only security I use.
I agree with Jonathan.
I use MSE. Who better knows the intricacies and potential vulnerabilities of the Windows 7 OS better than those who wrote it...?
No direct evidence against Acronis as having involvement in the 2 BSODs, just that the Acronis drivers in your system have timestamp = 2007, well before Windows 7's time. That version caused problems for many under Vista and now the 2010 version is causing trouble for Windows 7. It is your choice, but I would not rely on backup images made with an app that pre-dates an OS as complex as Windows 7. If not causing problems at the moment, it is only a matter of time as the 3+ year old Acronis kernel mode drivers clash with other 3rd party drivers or Windows 7 OS drivers themselves.
Windows 7 has its own on-board imaging capability --> Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup
