Windows 7 Logs in a temp profile...

I am currently having a lot of problems with this computer. I first had some pretty bad viruses that I finally removed yesterday that had not enabled me to open any application files. I log in today and now I can only lo in as a temporary user. I can not even access the command prompt. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I tried restartin as well as logging off to no avail.

Format the partition to kill the virus, then re-install win 7. It is the only way you can be sure to have removed them.

He is suggesting you blank the HDD completely and reinstall the OS to be sure of a clean uninfected machine
