Windows 7 ultimate stalls, "Applying Security Policy"

Just a month ago i bought a new rig, (besides the disks) All have worked fine until just some days ago, was in a game when it freezes and reboots, hmmpfs ok.. Started up again, but since that time the whole system have become unstable, till now when i just boot up all seems fine and just after a few minutes the mouse-pointer turns into the "sand glass" then nothing if i press ctrl-alt-del it goes to a screen that states "Applying security policy" if i wait that screen out it reboots. then the same thing all over... Anyone recognise this ?!

Try a couple of things:

1) This could be a network connectivity issue. So unplug your network cable and reboot. If you are able to, you'll need to tinker with your network settings.

2) If 1) does not work, try booting into safe mode both with networking and without networking (am not talking about the cable but about the safe mode options presented when you press F8 or Del), see which one works. You might then need to do a Clean boot procedure to isolate the culprit driver.

I believe it has been my razor Naga that messed up my controllers on the motherboard..
