    Memory Dump


    hello. as you see i get memory dump error. its like. i start the chess game on win 7. i choose begginner and after 2 sec it gives me bluescreen and some memory dump error on it. my brother said it may be the graphics drivers but i installed vista graphic drivers and still same shiet. any help please?

    Because... well, we need the actual Memory dump text file to help you out or a picture of the BSOD (blue screen of death).

    how can i get the blue screen pic when my pc restarts in 5-8 sec after blue screen?

    right-click on computer > properties > Advanced System Settings > Advanced > Start Up and recovery > Settings and untick Automatically Restart in the the System Failure section.

    The mindump files themselves are in :

    C:\Windows\Minidump

    You can also view the bugcheck error/s within Event Viewer under Custom views > Administrative Events

    AloGuru, follow these steps to allow you to locate the memory dump file & upload it in a post. Then we can see exactly what the issue is. Without this info we would be clutching at straws.

    Here's what I could extract. It seems to be an issue with the PCI bus (or a device attached to the bus) on your motherboard (but that's not 100% sure). Regardless, a STOP 0x124 error is most likely a hardware error (there are possibilities that it's caused by a malfunctioning driver also - but those are much less likely than a malfunctioning piece of hardware.
