Windows 7 can not Boot; Not even after repair install
Hi, I am extremely incompetent and something happened and my bootloader got messed up, or I think Only my bootloader got messed up...
Now whenever I turned on my laptop, I get a black a black screen with a blinking text cursor on the top left corner, right after the BIOS is loaded. Nothing happens after that, even when I waited around 15 minutes, just to see if it's slow. I tried using windows 7 installation disk and it's repair install function. I also tried bootrec /fixmbr, /fixboot, /rebuildbcd, bootsect /nt60 .... etc through command prompt. Doesn't fix anything. What can possibly be wrong? What else could I try?
By the way, my system triple boots Windows Vista, 7, Ubuntu(through Wubi). Now all I care about is booting into windows 7. I have nothing important on the other 2. I am pretty sure my data is safe, as I can actually browse them through that "load driver" option in windows' installation disk. If there is nothing that can be done and my bootloader is completely messed up, is there anyway to copy my files elsewhere without booting into windows?
Thanks in advance.
