Windows 7 can not Boot; Not even after repair install

Have you tried booting into SAFE Mode? If so does it work? If it works see if you can then boot up w/o loading drivers then reboot only allowing certain drivers this way you should be able to see what is preventing you from booting normally.

If there is nothing that can be done and my bootloader is completely messed up, is there anyway to copy my files elsewhere without booting into windows?

If you made a system repair disk then boot from it and use it.

If not, get one from a friend with a similar version, that is, 32 or 64 bit.

That would indicate bios can't find anything bootable.

Any error message when you run automatic startup repair from the DVD?

Thanks for everyone's replies. I think I have tried everything that is suggested here. (Other than the safe mode, because I can't get into it). So I followed severedsolo's advice and used Ubuntu live cd to back up my files and did a clean reinstall. It was very time consuming to reinstall every program and set everything to what I had previously. But thanks for everyone's suggestions.

After the first time, which didn't fix anything, automatic repair said it could find no error.
