Windows 7: Blank Blue Screen (Not BSoD)

Ok, here is my problem

When I switch on my computer it will freeze to a blank blue screen after around 2-5 minutes of using it.
But If I reset my computer it will be working fine.
Also if I press the power button and then the reset button straight after it will work fine to.
So basically my system feezes on first boot, but not second and then it repeats.
I have updated my graphics card to see if it would fix the problem and it didn't.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, but I checked those links and I couldn't find any that would help me with my problem, most of them were aimed at a BSoD (which I don't have.)

Try updating your BIOS if you can find an update.
