BSOD all day! please help

First build

All components are brand new

All drivers seem to be up to date (my vcard says its up to date, but the driver date on it says 3/2, but on amd's site, it shoes 3/24 as the latest, but after I seemingly install the latest ver. it still shows 3/2 as the driver date in my dev. man.)

First BSOD was from waking the computer up from sleep

my research suggests its from memory/vcard

I couldn't figure out how to fix it,so I turned hybrid sleep in all modes off

It still happened, so then I turned sleep off.

And now I get an error when I boot up, which results in a BSOD, but this is not on every boot

minidumps are attached

I have done memtest

I have used the debugging tool

Thank you for your help!

Be welcome to SF!

First of all, you need to update / complete all system spec. In case of some doubts, use this one:
Speccy - Builds
Someone from debugging team will come to help you soon. By now, do what I'd suggested!

Let us know the results.
