I have a problem, that my system crash down a lot of when I surfing on the net, or running the virtual PC (I see it).
Can somebody help to me?

Thanks a lot

I looked at your recent dumps [April 29th and this month] and It all points to either drivers not loading properly, information being corrupted, or the system trying to access memory it couldn't or didn't exist like it thought it did.

After going back a ways, I see one driver appears pretty frequently, "dxgmms1.sys".

So here's what I would try first.

1. Run Chkdsk /R.

2. Run MemTest86+ for 10 passes.

3. Update your graphics card drivers to their latest stable release.

4. Unplug all non-necessary USB devices [printers, external drivers, scanners, cameras, etc]

5. Update your Wireless and Ethernet drivers to their latest versions.

That's all I have for now. If you get any blue-screens during any of this, please post those dumps as well if you can.

Thanks!

Hi!

I updated the drivers and run chkdsk, memtest86+. I haven't got any BSoD since I did it, but I the memtest result is very horrible (I think). I will show it on the shop where I bought, because I think it's not normal.

Thanks your help!

That's definitely not a good sign. I would seriously look into replacing your RAM at this point.

With bad RAM, you only have problems when the system tries to touch those areas. And if you don't climb that high in usage, the odds aren't as great. But that's not to say it can't get worse.

Virtual PC loads a lot up into RAM [depending on how much RAM you allocated in your Virtual PC settings] and it sounds like it's touching the bad spots on your RAM.
