Windows 7 Home Premium Random Crashes

I just purchased the following PC:

    Dell
    Studio XPS 8100
    Intel Core i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80 GHz
    8 GB Ram
    64-Bit OS

ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series Graphics card

I bought this on Friday (April 30th) and it has randomly crashed twice since then

The following are the event logs

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xfffffa800b098010, 0xfffff8800490769c, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 050110-22323-01.

I attached a zipped up folder containing the two dump files. Any help is much appreciated. It's very stressful getting bsod issues when I've just purchased a new PC.

    Thanks,

    Renato

If your computer is as new as you say {April 30th} I suggest it would be under warranty. You would be best advised to return it with proof of purchase immediately. A new computer should not be having these problems.

I just bought the EXACT same Dell. Been having issues with gaming. After twenty minutes or so into SupCom, Neverwinter Nights 2, Crysis, it will crash out to windows. Windows itself operates normally. No issues with physical memory. Drivers for the Radeon?

Also, this case runs hot when the video card has a demand on it, but for whatever reason, Riva Tuner doesn't want to display temps. TheXPS Studio is a mini tower in all respects and has only two openings that will allow any kind of ventilation. Could cook an egg on top of the thing sometimes. ]:\
