explorer.exe constant crash every 5 secs

Hi there, I'm having a bit of trouble over explorer.exe

Basically whenever I'm doing anything, explorer.exe crashes every 5 seconds no matter what

So every 5 seconds, It ways Windows explorer has stopped working and then this is a list of details.

This problem started after moving a file to the desktop, I can't delete the file because explorer crashes before it completes deleting

Any knowledge concerning this is appreciated =D
