    I suggest a repair install for that. If that doesn't work, do a clean installation.

    Often times, you must repair or do a clean install when you change a motherboard.

    hey, I solved my problems, it was mobo again, i got it replaced w/ P5Q SE plus which is famous for its no-sleep because of usb wake up--> I got it solved.
