If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:
Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    Zip up the copy.
Start your own thread in the "Crashes and Debugging" section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

In the mean time, make sure that you're graphic card drivers are up to date..

Your .dmp file shows a 0x116 stop error..VIDEO_TDR_ERROR ... read this for possible solutions, but I suspect your video card at this point..

I'll support Tom here. Do you have another card you can try? Perhaps borrow one from another machine.

Biggest problem here is that i cant open up my PC because of warranty, i ran memtest and furmark, it has been "serviced" and there were no errors found

    Could very well be.

Good idea, if they won't even let you open the case, they have the responsibility to do it for you.

Send the machine in, and let us know the results!

it was motherboard, they didnt say what specifically was wrong, but they gave me P5Q SE Plus this time and rechanged my graphics card with the same model.
Guess what? problem w/ BSOD is GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE, hurray, but now I have another problem it restarts instead of shutting down/hibernating and sleep mode( only monitor goes to sleep )(vents keep going on) wont work, Im so sick and tired of this, I tried everything I could find on Internet like disabling devices to turn on computer, updating drivers, scanning for viruses w/ multiple programs---nothin'
