BSOD after changing number of processors

    Hi all.
I read somewhere that in order to improve the boot speed you need to go into MSCONFIG->Boot->Advanced Options...-> Tick the number of processors and select the correct number (2 or 4).

It didn't improve anything so I went back the unchecked the Number of processors, I then rebooted the computer and now I got blue screen and the installation disk isn't helping.

Any ideas how to fix it?

We actually need the DMP files that were created when your computer crashed. use these instructions to find and upload them. https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...d-problem.html

    Thanks

I can't access the computer at all. every time I start the computer, I either get a blue screen with the message BAD SYSTEM CONFIG or nothing at all, simply black screen. The windows installation disk doesn't help. I tried the recovery feature from the disk but it says that the version on installed windows is different then the one on the disk. Also restore to a previous point didn't help.
    What should I Do?
