    this one was

    BugCheck A, {a7e7b5ec, 2, 1, fffff80002ee0275}
    Probably caused by : avgtdia.sys ( avgtdia+1c430 )

    There is absolutely no reference information on google but I can guess it is an AVG file. If so I would un-install it and replace it with microsoft security essentials.

    Let us know if it is not

    Thanks and another problem

    I took of AVG and installed Security Essentials but whenever I update of scan my computer with Security Essentials my computer freezes and all I can do is hold the power button. When I turn it back on windows does not say that a problem has occurred or any of that. Should I just get another anti virus or find the solution?
