Windows 7 physical memory dump during games

I have had this error several times over the past few months but this time was the last straw. Any help would be most appreciated. Here is the minidump file: 051510-20264-01.dmp

    Hi,

You a have TDR error which is a video error.

Make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers: Drivers & Software

Also make sure your graphics card is not overheating - check temps when it is under stress.

    That is your CPU model.

    PSU = Power Supply Unit

If your PC is a laptop then that we don't need to worry about it.

But if it is a desktop then I would like to know the model. To find it; just look where the power from the wall goes into your case, then have a look at what the sticker says.

There are several things that could be wrong. I will just list the most likely for now.

    1. Faulty RAM
    2. Faulty Graphics Card
    3. Underpowered/Low Quality PSU

    So, to test your RAM
    Memtest instructions:

Download the ISO (or the .exe for pendrives) from here Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Then (if you have chosen the ISO) burn the ISO using ImgBurn: The Official ImgBurn Website

Boot from the CD/USB and run the test with only one stick of RAM in place, if the stick passes then swap it into the other sockets in turn until you can be sure that all the sockets are fine.

Then test the rest of the RAM one at a time (no need to swap the sockets).

It is a time consuming process but it is the only way to be sure it isn't a RAM fault.

Final test is to run the test with all the RAM in place.
To eliminate the graphics card, simply swap it out with a working one if possible.

Lastly, your PSU could be causing the problem. It is slightly underpowered for the rest of your gear (assuming that you have a video card to match your Core i7 )

See Power Supply Information and Selection - Tech Support Forum for details - I would place your PC under the "Power Desktop Class" that they mention.
