Could be many things. we need to know about your computer, about your network, any error messages, what event viewer says, etc.

    Hi gazoo,

Please fill in your system specs and this will help as well. As ZigZig said it could be many things (e.g. a setting on your motherboard, device drivers not allowing it to come out of sleep etc). As a bandaid, I would say to update all of your drivers from the manufacturers website (not windows update); but that's only a guess.

PS: From ZigZag's post above, to get the event viewer, type eventvwr.msc in the windows search box and open, then look through your windows logs for any warnings or errors that may assist.

Things like these. they can be put in system specs, in the lower left corner of any of your posts.
