    Hi -

    The bugcheck on both dumps -

    0x50 = invalid memory referenced

    One dump shows NIS/ N360 as the crashing app.

    Remove NIS/ N360 --> www.jcgriff2.com/NRT_N360_Removal.html

    The system uptimes are interesting as they reveal that both BSODs occurred exactly 11 min 14 secs after boot-up, which is indicative of a driver issue -
    Code:
    System Uptime: 0 days 0:11:14.008
    System Uptime: 0 days 0:11:14.002
    Regards. . .

    Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

    Remove Webroot Desktop Firewall. Per my previous post, use MSE.

    Update these drivers -
    Code:

    atikmdag.sys Tue Nov 24 22:44:50 2009 (4B0CA832) - ATI Video
    Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 (49A65B0D) - Realtek Ethernet

    If BSODs persist, run --> Driver Verifier - jcgriff2.com
