Windows 7: windows 7 ultimate 64x ramdom bsod

hello

i have build my computer lately and i have a problem

some times (most commonly when i play) the image and the sound freeze and the computer restart (minidumps in the zip they are all the sames)

i looked in the journal and the comupter says that there is a material error with the northbridge a hypertransport surveillance expiration or some thing

i done eveything i could the problem is still there
you are my last hope i am desperate
