    BSOD Problem on Asus Notebook

I've been having the blue screen problem on my Asus F8V series laptop running windows 7 lately. It just randomly occurs while browsing the internet or using messenger. I have attached the minidump files in a zip.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

the first ones rimmptsk.sys , rimsptsk.sys , rixdptsk.sys are for your Ricoh Memorystick Controller ?
ATKACPI.sys etc are from Asus and you need to go to your laptop manufacturers website and download all the latest drivers ?
Also check you have the latest bios ?
finally goto the Realtek website and update your network card driver ?

let us know how it goes ?

It looks like your network adapter driver is the problem. Update your network adapter drivers, or uninstall and install a fresh copy. Post back and let us know.
