    Please help!!!!!!!

first time posting and although good for most things not at the programing level of a PC.

So here is the issue I have windows 7 and after microsoft outlook crashed i re-booted my computer. When it came back up the screen has only 3 things on it on the bottom.

    The ease of use button
    windows 7 logo
    shut down button
in that order from lft to right.

I cannot do anything no cntr+alt+del nothing works and the only options on the shut down button are sleep hibernate and shut down.

I have important files that I was working on for the last 15 hours straight and cannot afford to lose it.

Please tell me that someone here can help.

Make sure that your DVD drive is set as the first boot device, then boot from your windows DVD and choose repair install, or custom (clean) install...

You should have an option on boot to restore to factory settings ... this will restore your computer to its original state..
