Yup... You have got it rite this time !!
I guess it has something to do with your Display card / Direct X Drivers. Also there is a System service execption have has happened EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 while usually caused by Third party Firewall or Antivirus.
I would recommend you to uninstall Firewall or Antivirus completely and use the Removal Tool to clear then left over file. Also remove your Display drivers completely and download a fresh copy and install it.
Download MemTest86+ and run a Memory Diagnostic atleast 6 passes to make sure the Memory is doing good. Follow this Link for Tutorial Guide to using Memtest86+
    Code:
    Built by: 7600.16385.amd64fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255
    Kernel base = 0xfffff800`02e4f000 PsLoadedModuleList = 0xfffff800`0308ce50
    Debug session time: Thu May 20 22:27:59.456 2010 (GMT+6)
    System Uptime: 0 days 9:01:02.017
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0x3B
    PROCESS_NAME: csrss.exe
    Hope this helps,
