BSOD Keep on happening after gaming for a while?

On Fri 21/05/2010 08:43:41 your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: hardware
    Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA80033278F8, 0x0, 0x0)
    Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
    Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\052110-15319-01.dmp

    Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA80032A6038, 0x0, 0x0)
    Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
    Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\052010-21060-01.dmp
The GPU is a MSI Hawk 5770 and is over clocked but the over clock is stable, with temperatures not exceeding 74c after 10min on furmark. Ive only experienced the crash bad company 2, when im just about to respawn.
Btw There was grey hrizontal lines before the crash.
The dump is attached any ideas?

Obviously if you are having BSOD's the over clock is not. This one was caused by hardware. Use these instructions to learn what it means and what to try. https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html

I would also STOP overclocking. You will keep having these till you do.

That sounds like the CPU is being overclocked! If this is the case, stop overclocking and try after this!

Really is it coming up as the CPU??????
I haven't touched the CPU, only the GPU.
