Run the memtest again, on the next 'cold' start-up but only with one stick of RAM at a time in place.

problem SOLVED!

While I was doing memtest on single sticks of ram, i cleaned out slots for the ram and swapped them around, and that seems to have fixed the problem!

I'll let you know if any crashes occur but its been fine for 4 days so far
