    Random BSOD's (Tcpip.sys)

    Hey all,
Just installed windows 7 32 bit ultimate from windows xp 32 bit pro. I had no problem with BSODs up until now.

I get random BSOD's at least 3 times a day. It has something to do with Tcpip.sys and based on my searching i think its a network card related issue, but i can't be sure, as i've updated all of my drivers.

I've found that a lot of the BSODs happen during when something is being downloaded, like my bit torrent working

I've attached the dump files in a zip, thanks in advance.

    Hi and welcome

these all seem to point to a win 7 file netio.sys, I suspect the cause is something else. In every case Utorrent was the running process.

to cover all bases I would re-install utorrent (newest version)

and run a system file check

(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

Let us know if you need help with any of these.

    Ken

    Hey, I'm new here, too.

I got the exact same problem! I'm getting BSOD couple minutes after start a download in uTorrent. I'm using uTorrent 2.0.2 build 19648. I've already reinstalled it, and I ran the System File Check. It didn't find nothing...
My network driver is up to date, according to Window Update.

Here's my dmp file: Download 051810-16083-01.dmp from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

    Thanks in advance, too.

The dmp points to your USB port drivers. Try updating them, or uninstall them and install a fresh copy.

Oh my mistake, it's the wrong dmp file.
That's the right one: Download 051910-14726-01.dmp from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 00000000, memory referenced
    Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 00000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: 8c5c8ea1, address which referenced memory
