Kernal Processor Power Error 37

Hi every one, I was wondering if some one can help me with this error. I've done alot of serach but didn't come up with any good answer. there are heaps of such errors ******************************************** Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power Date: 25/05/2010 12:49:07 PM Event ID: 37 Task Category: (7) Level: Warning Keywords: User: SYSTEM Computer: hero-PC Description: The speed of processor 5 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report. Event Xml: 37 0 3 7 0 0x8000000000000000 23569 System hero-PC 0 5 71 1 0 0

That can be fixed by a BIOS upgrade. Before you do make sure you have a backup of the current bios, and your system, and a win 7 DVD

Thanks ken i forgot to mention that I've already done Bios update. Every driver is up to date

I have consulted this issue with Dell Support. They only recommended completely reinstall the system...

New experience

Wow! I have the system reinstalled Win 7 with SP1 and I can see this problem in my log! So do not reinstall, I'll restore the backup now! I think, that is problem in BIOS, I try to make a downgrade.
