Blue screen on startup

Hi, recently I've been having an issue where when I start up my computer goes to a blue screen after it says welcome and then restarts indefinitely. I can run safe mode fine, I got this error report and was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue.
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
