    Pls Help with BSOD

I built this new rig about 3 months ago and have been getting BSOD on Win 7 start up for about 2 of those 3 months. I have tried reformatting and it seems to be ok for a few days and then starts giving me the BSOD again. I ran memtest for about 12 hours with no errors and changed from Microsoft Security Essentials to Avira because I had read that it could be the AV that could be causing the BSODs. They occur with both installed. I have updated my drivers and am still trying to update my bios.....DFI's website is a real pos and hard to get to most times. Pls help me I am at my wits end. Attached is my most recent mini dump file.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Straight forward and frankly no surprise. This was caused by AVG. I would remove it and replace with microsoft security essentials.

I removed AVG and installed MSE. I will update with any more BSODs if I get them. I was getting them prior to trying AVG.

    Thanks

So I removed AVG and installed MSE and the machine seemed to be working fine for a few hours.....NOW I get random freeze ups after getting to desktop. I ran sfc /scan now and it said all was fine. Any ideas?
