BSOD and restarts fullscreen video or game

Hi, im new to these forums but i really need some help.
I have recently just installed a fresh copy of windows 7 and i am getting some errors "Display driver stopped working and has successfully recovered", also my computer can just freeze or go to a blank color screen, and always without fail BSOD when a video is fullscreen or I play world of warcraft fullscreen I have not tried any other games as of yet.

    Edit here:
I have installed latest ati catalysts 10.5 and still a no go, so uninstalled and re-installed and still never happend, I booted in safe mode uninstalled actual display driver and checked for new and windows gave me their driver for my card and still a no go i then reinstalled catalyst 10.5 and still never worked, so I have just uninstalled the catalyst 10.5 and left it with windows driver since it doesnt crash as much during surfing the web. I have done clean boots etc. Ive tried everything, im chewing my hair out.

    My specs:
    AMD athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 4800+ 2.50Ghz
    2.00GB crossfire RAM
    Sapphire ATI radeon HD 4850
    win7 32-bit

Any help would be much apreciated thank you. :)

    Welcome to SF!

Please upload your dmps for analysis:

Try installing only the driver itself, and not the Catalyst suite.
