Random blue screen of death Help me

I have copied the contents of \Windows\Minidump and attached a Zip copy.

I really need help on this, this happens at random during start up or shut down of the PC mostly. It might do it every now and then during normal use or when the computer is left on unused for long period of time. Happens several times a week.

Ran memtest86+-4.10 for 6 hours 8+ passes test status ok no errors.

Well I hate to tell you but it is still pointing to memory corruption. You may have to test both the sticks and the mobo slots one by one.

You should also run a system file test to verify and repair your system files
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin> sfc /scannow)

Let us know the results as it will narrow the search.

If this goes on much longer we should run driver verifier as this will cause your system to crash but may give you the offending driver
