| | BSOD jonathan i have a similar problem and i use avg antivirus too (free edition).. shall i uninstall and see if everything becomes normal? |

| | Sure, AVG causes its share of BSODs. It certainly can't hurt. If you upload your dmps, I'll take a look for you. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...en-forums.html I will ask the mods to move this to a separate thread in the Crashes section, just as a heads up. |

| | thanks.. ok ill uninstall it, if i dont face anymore crashes, ill be very grateful to u and carl. its strange how iv been using avg for ages on xp until now, win 7 but have to go with the pros haha.. thanks once again. |
