It looks like a hardware error. Please read this article: https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html

I suspect that the crashes since 7 are not 7's fault. If you don't think that can be true, please do a clean install and do not install any third-party apps. Microsoft Security Essentials is okay for AV.

    Now, for some hardware tests.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

Try this free stress test: Free Software - GIMPS
    Prime95 Setup:
    - extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
    - double click on the executable file
    - select "Just stress testing"
    - select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead.
    - "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.
Test your hard drive as well: HD Diagnostic

Thats all the dump file says??

I thought i would get a little more specific information. Is there no way to tell what is conflicting? That website basically says undate drivers and make sure everything is cool. If that doesnt work just reinstall windows again. I would really like to find out the probelm. Can anyone help???

Yes, please see my post above. You should test RAM, CPU, and hard drive.

Thank you for the reply! I never had any problems under vista. Why do you think it may not be related to windows 7? I updated the OS to see if it would run video editing software better and like i said..never had bsod's.

I have ran prime95 before when i built the system to test stability but i will do it again under the parameters you said to make sure.

If upgrading did anything, I suspect it's the hard drive. The extra read/write cycles may have induced the problem.

Hmm...i didnt upgrade the hard drive. I upgraded the mobo and processor and went to ddr3 memory. But it ran fine with Vista. the 1055t 6 core processor is overclocked to 3.65 and seems completely stable and runs super cool. Never goes over 70 degrees Celsius under prime95 load and never over 40 degrees Celsius under extreme gaming. (battlefield bad company 2..everything maxed)

I havent gotten any bsod's playing games...but it seems to happen all the time watching netflix streaming movies.
