    Windows 7 BSOD After Welcome Screen


    hi,,
    i'm new here and i want to ask about my computer crashed,,
    it happened when i first reinstall windows 7,,
    sometimes, after the welcome login screen, my computer got bsod,,
    and i couldn't seem to get it fix even with registry cleaner
    please help me,,
    is there a problem with my drivers?
    or is there too much program at startup?
    or because of software?

    It looks like Asus SmartDoctor is causing the problem. Please remove it completely.

    so i just need to remove the eio.sys ?
    in where?
    and also can you give me the link to the Utilities section of ASUS Download?
    i can't find the utilities section

    Here's a link to the downloads section: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-

    Just search for your computer or motherboard, and find the Utilities section near the bottom.

    As for the SmartDoctor, look for it in Control Panel>Programs and Features.

    i downloaded it and now how can i completely remove the Asus SmartDoctor?
    because i never installed it and its nowhere in the add or remove program

    Go to C:\System32\Drivers and rename eio.sys to eio.sys.old.

    well, i did all the things you told me,
    but i wonder,
    i have Asus P5KPL, but how can i now which P5KPL am i use?
    and is it true if i choose SI-Socket775?

    TBH they are probably all the same download. Just select a random one, and hopefully it will work.

    well, there's no such bsod thing in these 3 days,,
    but i found that my computer went slower and slower,,
    why is that?
