    BSOD-Memory dumb error

Hello I am reading the forum quite a while but this is my first post so its nice to join you guys. :)

Now to my problem.I ve build a system 2 months ago and since then I have some freezing issues.I blamed almost every part of my system or any software I was using for those freezes but without evidences its hard to find the solution.I didnt post here for help because the only thing i could show you were the usual Kernel power events from the resets.Anyway one day i decided to underclock my memory (which it didnt show any problems in memtests btw)
and suddenly those random freezes(5-10 times a day!!) were gone. I ve just change the memory speed from 1333 to 1066.I ve left or the other settings in auto.In place of them now I have some bsods 5-7 times a weak from those with a 2-3 seconds freeze and then the blue screen which is showing a memory dumb creation.I dont know if that helps but right before on two of those bsods I ve noticed a disconect in my usb stick modem which is connected with a usb extension(It was in the case). So I dont know if its a usb power problem or a memory one.Oh btw I had at least one of those bsods before I make the underclock in my memory so its not from that.I am using Windows 7 ultimate fully updated with the latest drivers and bios.My complete name of my memory is:
    Corsair 4GB DDR3-1333 Ram Kit (2 x 2GB, PC3 10666, 9-9-9-24, TW3X4G1333C9A)

I am sorry for my awful english..

arusb_lhx.sys is broken and needs to be replaced. This is likely a USB attached broadband device or network card.
