The most likely problem here is the ASACPI.sys driver that's installed on your system. It's dated from 2005 and has known issues with Win7.

Asus doesn't seem to support Win7 on your mobo.
Uninstall all the Asus stuff on your system, then download the Asus AISuite for Win7 from here (in the Utilities section): http://support.asus.com/download/dow...ge=en-us&os=30

Uninstalling all of the Asus stuff should remove the ASACPI.sys driver - so that should fix it. But, in case it does not, then installing the AISuite should replace it with a suitable Win7 version (dated 2009). Do not force the installation of the AISuite as it's not designed for your system - and should it give you any issues at all, uninstall it immediately.

If it doesn't fix it, post back and we'll see what else we can figure out.
That sir is golden. That would make all the sense in the world since I am upgrading from an older Asus Motherboard to a newer one. Even though this newer motherboard claims to be "automatic". I am somewhat busy at the moment, but I will attempt to do this when I get home. Thank you both for all the input, I really appreciate it, and I will keep everyone posted.

Sorry, I can't do a phone call now due to my busy day, but we can try to work through the forums.

Try installing the AISuite for a model close to yours. I suspect the downloads will be the same.

I appreciate all the help over the past couple of days, however I have contacted Asus, and according to them apparently this is a known error with Asus motherboards and the only way to fully correct this error is to reformat the computer and reinstall w/ 1 stick of ram.

Thanks windows 7 and Asus /sarcasm

But truly thank you Sevenforums with all seriousness /sarcasmoff
